Meet Jessica

Life’s challenges are difficult to navigate alone. I believe there is hope for every difficult circumstance and a way to navigate effectively through life’s challenges. I believe each person is the expert in their own life and my goal as a counselor is to come alongside you to help you discover your path to healing and growth. My approach is warm and genuine. I want to know your story and work collaboratively with you to figure out your best path forward. I practice from a person-centered approach, utilizing motivational interviewing. I am nearing completion of my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Spring Arbor University.

Monica is the Founder and Designer at Hold Space Creative. She's a former Art Therapist and coach, and she's passionate about making mental healthcare more accessible by helping therapists & coaches present themselves in a more accessible way. She's based in Michigan, and when she's not designing websites, she can usually be found somewhere in nature.
