Meet Linda
The ideal client would be an individual who is engaged in the process of change and healing. One who is open and willing to share. To take a quote from, The Purpose Driven Life, 'There is no growth without change, no change without fear or loss, and no loss without pain.' If it is time to let go of the old and experience the new, allow me to support the journey.
In regard to what I, as a counselor, can do to help and support the individual's journey, I bring experience and education to the sessions. I am able to meet clients where they are. I have worked with most problematic areas such as substance abuse, mental health disorders, PTSD and Trauma. I am able to provide the tools for the journey using CBT and MI.
I practice from a multicultural perspective. I work together with individuals by providing strength-base, client-centered care. Persons come in all ages, ethnicities and cultural backgrounds. I meet with all persons where they are.
